Lifestyle News For Millennials

The number of millennials using subscription services for news and entertainment has increased significantly in recent years, reaching a whopping 93 percent. Of these, 40 percent paid for a news-specific service, while another 40 percent paid for a digital subscription. The most popular paid content among Millennials is television and movies, with 55 percent personally paying for these types of content in the past year. However, while many of these Millennials use these subscription services, a large segment of them (23 percent) do not use them at all.

Although demographics continue to shift, one thing remains consistent: millennials are more likely to consume news than older generations. Their reasons for doing so remain relatively similar. While most millennials age thirty-four are active news consumers, two-thirds of them are passive news seekers. For both groups, the reasons for reading or watching news on the internet are varied, and they are balanced across three broad categories. And when it comes to Millennials, they’re especially diverse. https://www.itlife.pl/

A third of Millennials regularly follow TV, music, and movie news. And 60 percent of these Millennials get their news on topics related to their hobbies. Moreover, they tend to pay attention to civically oriented news topics. Politics, crime, technology, local community, and social issues are among the topics that Millennials are most interested in. Despite these differences, nearly all young adults still follow traditional “hard” news topics, with the average Millennial following at least four hard news topics. And nearly half of them reading five or more hard news topics on a regular basis.
